Sydney presented some of my bald eagle mitochondrial haplotype data for my dissertation at the Karen L. Smith undergraduate research symposium at OSU this past spring. She worked on determining the mitochondrial haplotypes of new bald eagle samples during the 2015 spring semester.
Since then, she has been an active member of the lab working with me on several projects throughout the summer.
